أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات من غضبه وعقابه و شر عباده، ومن همزات الشياطين وأن يحضرون"
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, from His displeasure and punishment and from evil people, and from the (evil) promptings of devils and from their presence
الحمد لله الذي هدانا لهذا وما كنا لنهتدي لولا أن هدانا الله
Praise be to Allah, Who has guided us to this (felicity): never could we have found guidance, had it not been for the guidance of Allah
اللهم رب السماوات، ورب الأرض، ورب العرش العظيم، ربنا ورب كل شيء،
فالق الحب والنوى، ومنزل التوراة والإنجيل والفرقان، أعوذ بك من شر كل دابة أنت آخذ بناصيتها
فالق الحب والنوى، ومنزل التوراة والإنجيل والفرقان، أعوذ بك من شر كل دابة أنت آخذ بناصيتها
O Allah, the Lord of the Heaven, the Lord of the Earth and the Lord of the Magnificent Throne; our Lord, and the Lord of everything: the Splitter of the grain of corn and the date-stone (or fruit kernel), the Revealer of the Torah, Bible and the Criterion (the Holy Quran), I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything You are to seize by the forelock (you have perfect control over it).
اللهم اكفني بحلالك عن حرامك، وأغنني بفضلك عمن سواك
O Allah, make what is lawful enough for me, as opposed to what is unlawful
and spare me by Your grace, of need of others
أستغفر الله الذي لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم و أتوب إليه
seek forgiveness from Allah, there is no deity but Him, the Living, the Eternal and I repent to Him
اللهم بك أصبحنا وبك أمسينا، وبك نحيا وبك نموت، وإليك النشور
Allah, by Your Leave we reach the morning
and by Your Leave we reach the evening
by Your leave we live and by Your leave we die
and unto You is our resurrection
قَدَّر الله وما شاء فعل
Allah has decreed, and what He wills, He does
إنَّا لله وإنَّا إليه راجعون
اللهم اجُرْنِي في مصيبتي واخْلُفْ لي خيراً منها
اللهم اجُرْنِي في مصيبتي واخْلُفْ لي خيراً منها
To Allah we belong, and unto Him is our return.
O, Allah, recompense me for my affliction,
and replace it for me with something better
اللهم إني أعو بك من الهم والحَزَن، والعجز والكسل، والبخل والجبن، وضَلَع الدَيْن وغلبة الرجال"
O, Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness,
miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts
and from being overpowered by men
اللهم إن ظلمت نفسي ظلماً كثيراً، ولا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت؛
فاغفر لي مغفرة من عندك وارحمني، إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم
فاغفر لي مغفرة من عندك وارحمني، إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم
O, Allah, I have indeed committed excessive injustices against myself
and none can forgive sin but you.
So, grant me forgiveness from Yourself
(that is, forgiveness that befits Your Majesty and Generosity).
You are the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful
